Club Supports Ronald MacDonald House Again

Recently, for another year the Club donated $400 to Ronald Macdonald House Hamilton (RMHH) as part of the Meals That Heal program. Ralph Winslade, Art Veldhuizen, Mel Groom and Jane Watson volunteered for the field trip. While there they met the staff and volunteers, took a tour of the facility, then prepared a delicious meal for the overnight guests. Guests stay at RMHH while supporting their loved ones (mostly children and youth) who are  undergoing treatment at MacMaster Hospital. After a long day and night at the Hospital, the comfort of staying and having a hot meal at RMHH, is just what is needed to offset some of the stress. A BIG shout out again to Ralph, Art, Mel and Jayne for acting as our Club Chef Ambassadors! Fantastic Community Outreach by you all!
