  • Payment:  The sponsoring club pays this fee, which covers instruction, accommodation, meals, entertainment and organizational expenses. 
    1. The fee is $775 US per candidate. Registration & PAYMENT IN FULL must be submitted to the REGISTRAR no later than May 30, 2017. 
    2. Early bird registration fee is $725 if paid by May 1, 2017.
