7.     Speaker: Dave Schulz presented the new, improved website and Clubrunner and how to navigate it.
Introduction: Dave – self introduction? “Hi, I’m Dave”
New Website: Special thanks to Frank, Angela and Mel for supporting the District 7090 Public Image Committee request for funds to support the District-wide Website Refresh Initiative.  Welland Rotarian Melissa Wells has been hired to run the project.
Dave’s objectives going forward
a) – to allocate individual tasks to various board members and directors and provide specific training in order to spread the load and increase efficiency in keeping our information up to date.  Each person should have a second member who is able to back them up.
b) - to provide an initial tutorial to each new club member with focus on how to access Clubrunner, how to update your profile, and how to use the email communications module.  (Thanks Mel, for the suggestion)
Other Items
a) Clubrunner Smartphone App – provides up to date club member directory.
