Message from President:

As mentioned at our meeting on Wednesday, and published in the minutes, we have presented two names for membership in the Rotary Club of Fonthill.
Information and background has been provided for you.
Because of our shortened meeting schedule in December, we are going to vote on these proposed members by email.

 

The process:

There are two (2) separate motions presented in this message.
If you have any questions or concerns you can reply directly to me in confidence.
Please reply with your vote for each of the motions (eg: #1 yes, #2 yes).
You can "reply all" or reply only to me with your vote.
I would like all replies by end of day Sunday.

It is our intention to notify the proposed members of the decision on Monday and invite them to next Wednesday's meeting.
