PODS (Meeting duties)

• Arrange speakers (often the RI monthly theme) and organize the agenda duties
• Set up (make sure proper flag protocol is adhered to) and take down of flags, podium, 
• Provide greeter
• Acknowledgement of Territory
• Invocation
• Introduce and thank speaker
• Mini Vocational presentations
• Rotary Moment/Happy Loonies etc.
• POD Leader to send list of assigned duties and speakers to President one week prior to start of their month
• POD Leader to advise Dave Schulz of speakers as they are confirmed so website can be updated
